Frequently Asked Questions
Traffic is measured as the total amount of data transferred through our VPN servers, including both uploads and downloads. We count the actual data transferred, not the size of the files you're accessing.
For example, if you download a 500MB file and upload a 200MB file, that counts as 700MB of traffic used from your monthly allowance.
If you exceed your monthly traffic allowance, you'll be charged for the excess traffic at the rate specified in your plan:
- Free plan: $0.10 per GB
- Plus plan: $0.09 per GB
- Complete plan: $0.08 per GB
- Prime plan: $0.08 per GB
Excess charges will be billed at the end of your billing cycle. You can monitor your usage in real-time from your account dashboard.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. When upgrading, the change takes effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused traffic from your current plan will not carry over to the new plan.
